Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies your use of WellSaid’s proprietary text to speech services (the “Services”). You agree that you will not use the Services:
- beyond published parameters or use limitations;
- to violate or to encourage the violation of the legal rights of others;
- for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose;
- for phishing or to generate spam or other forms of unsolicited communications;
- in a manner that burdens, disables or interferes with the Services, or that circumvents any aspect of the Services, including abuse protections;
- to misrepresent the provenance of generated content by claiming it was created solely by a human, or otherwise in order to deceive;
- as a means to participate in any disinformation campaign or to create deceptive comments or reviews; or
- In any way that suggests that WellSaid endorses you or any content that you generate by using the service (“Output”).
You may not generate Output that:
- facilitates, promotes or contains violent extremism or terrorism;
- facilitates, promotes or contains hatred or hate speech or that promotes discrimination;
- facilitates, promotes or contains bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
- is designed to insult, harass or bully, intimidate, abuse or insult others;
- threatens harm to another individual or group of people;
- is inflammatory, demeaning, dangerous, misleading, or excessively violent;
- contains regulated or not age-appropriate goods or services including, but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, nicotine (including vaping products), psychoactive substances, firearms, gambling, contraceptives, sex toys, escort services, dating services, adult entertainment venues and similar subject matter;
- promotes the sale of lethal weapons or explosives and their related accessories (whether legal or not);
- contains sexually explicit content such as pornography;
- describes sexual activity, including masturbation and sexual bodily fluids;
- facilitates or contains child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- Impersonates a political candidate, government official, or representative of an election authority for fraudulent purposes;
- aimed at influencing or disrupting election processes;
- promotes or encourages voter suppression, intimidation, or misinformation; or
- regarding election dates, polling locations, or voting eligibility requirements.
