How does seat-based pricing work?

What’s the difference between the Creative, Business, and Enterprise plans?

Creative is designed for individuals producing a few hours of voiceover per month, with a fixed yearly pool of downloads, MP3 exports, Adobe integration, and all English voices. Business is built for growing teams and adds more yearly downloads, up to 5 licenses, shared workspaces, team commenting, pronunciation libraries, access control, additional export formats (MP3, WAV, OGG, TXT), and caption files. Enterprise is for large or high-volume teams and includes the highest download limits, no cap on licenses, advanced admin and Custom Workspaces, SSO, enterprise security with SOC 2 reporting, a dedicated customer success manager, onboarding and training, custom moderation options, and access to all supported languages.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can contact Support to upgrade at any time for immediate access to more usage or features, or downgrade your plan, which will apply from the start of your next billing cycle.

Does WellSaid offer a free trial?

Yes. WellSaid offers a 1-week Studio trial and a 1-week API trial with access to all features. A paid subscription is required if you want to download audio files.

Can I get a custom Enterprise plan?

Yes. Enterprise plans can be customized for high-volume usage, advanced access controls, pronunciation add-ons, private voice development, and other specific requirements. You can contact the sales team to design a plan that fits your organization.

What languages are included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise includes a set of global languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, along with English voices and accents. The full list of supported voices and styles is available on the voices page.

Do unused audio hours roll over?

No. Any unused audio allocation resets at the beginning of each new billing cycle and does not roll over.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s audio limit?

Your download quota automatically refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. If you hit your limit before then, you’ll see a message when you try to download a file and can either upgrade your plan or contact Support for help.

How many hours are included in 60 downloads?

On Creative, 60 downloads is roughly equivalent to about 6 hours of voiceover. On Business, 1,300 downloads is roughly 144 hours, and on Enterprise, 4,300 downloads is roughly 480 hours of voiceover.

Can I switch voices or styles within a project?

Yes. You can apply different voices and styles to individual scenes or clips in the same project, and combine multiple clips with different voices or styles to create dialogues using the clip combination features.

What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?

While your subscription is inactive, you won’t be able to access or download your projects. If you reactivate your account, your content will be available again as you left it. Projects are kept securely for up to five years after cancellation.
